Download TileIQ Pro
Get the app from Google Play. A free account gives you access straight away with no card required.

Create your account
Enter your name, email and a password. You'll get a verification email — click the link to activate.

Add your company details
Go to Settings → Company Details. Add your business name, phone, address and VAT number. These appear on every quote.

Set your labour rate
Go to Settings → Pricing and enter your default £/m² rate or day rate. You can override this per job.
💡
Pro tip: Fill in your material costs in Settings → Materials before creating your first quote. The app uses these to calculate adhesive, grout and prep costs automatically.
02 — Your First Job
Adding a job & customer
Every quote starts with a job. Add the customer's details and TileIQ Pro tracks everything from enquiry through to completion.

Tap + New Job
From the dashboard or home screen, tap the New Job button to open the job form.

Enter customer details
Name, phone, email and address. Tap the 📍 button to use GPS for the address, or start typing to search saved customers.

Set the job status
Choose from Enquiry, Surveyed, Quoted, Accepted, Scheduled, In Progress or Complete. Update this as the job progresses.

Save and add rooms
Tap Next to save the job and go straight to adding rooms and measurements.

Pro tip: Save customers to your customer list so you can pull their details into future jobs instantly — no retyping.
03 — Rooms & Measurements
Adding rooms & taking measurements
Add as many rooms as the job needs. TileIQ Pro calculates tiles, adhesive, grout and all prep materials automatically.

Tap + Room
From the job screen tap + Room. Give it a name — e.g. Main Bathroom, Kitchen Floor.

Choose floor, wall or both
Select Full Room, Floor Only or Wall Only. Enter the dimensions — length, width and height as needed.

Select tile type and size
Pick the tile type (Ceramic, Porcelain, Natural Stone, Herringbone etc.) and enter tile dimensions in mm. The labour multiplier adjusts automatically.

Add prep materials
Tick any prep work needed — cement board, levelling compound, tanking, membrane, primer. Costs calculate from your Settings prices.

Set wastage and deductions
Adjust wastage % (default 10% floor, 12% wall). Use Deductions to subtract doors, baths or custom areas.

Leica Disto D2: If you have a Leica Disto D2 laser measure, tap the Disto button to connect via Bluetooth. Measurements fire straight into the input fields.

Reviewing & finalising your quote
Once your rooms are added, TileIQ Pro builds a professional quote instantly. Add a description, set VAT and you're ready to send.

Tap Quote →
From the job screen tap the Quote button. Your full itemised quote is generated automatically from your room data.

Set VAT and expiry
Choose whether to apply 20% VAT and how many days the quote is valid for (default 30 days).

Generate an AI description
Tap ✨ Generate to create a professional scope of works description. Choose a style — Professional, Labour Focused, Customer Friendly and more.

Review the quote preview
Scroll through the full quote preview including your company branding, itemised breakdown and totals.
💡
Pro tip: Use the AI description styles to match the customer — "Customer Friendly" works great for homeowners, "Labour Focused" for trade or commercial clients.
05 — Sending Quotes
Sending & tracking quote responses
Send quotes by email or WhatsApp. Customers get a link to accept or decline online — you get notified instantly when they respond.

Tap 📤 Send
From the Quote screen tap Send. Choose to send by email (PDF attached) or share via WhatsApp.

Customer receives the quote
The customer gets a branded email with your PDF attached and a link to view and respond to the quote online.

Customer accepts or declines
They can accept, decline, or suggest alternative dates online. No app required on their end.

You get notified
The job status updates automatically and you receive a push notification. Check Customer Messages for any questions they've sent.
5
Export to accounting
Once accepted, export the quote directly to FreeAgent, QuickBooks or Sage as an invoice — no double entry needed.

Set your base £/m² labour rate and day rate. Adjust labour multipliers per tile type. Set your markup % and VAT default.

Pro tip: Set your material markup in the Pricing tab — this adds a percentage on top of material costs automatically on every quote, covering your time sourcing materials.

Using the AI assistant
The built-in AI assistant knows TileIQ Pro inside out. Ask it anything about the app, pricing, materials or customer communication.

Open Help from any screen
Tap the ❓ button in the top right of any screen to open the AI assistant chat.

Ask anything
Type your question or tap one of the quick question chips. "How do I reset a declined quote?" "What does wastage % mean?" — anything goes.

In the Quote screen, use ✨ Generate to create a professional scope of works tailored to the job. Edit it before sending.

When creating a job, tap ✨ next to the Job Description field to auto-generate a summary based on the customer and location.
