TileIQ Pro is a professional job management app for UK tiling contractors.
Your data belongs to you — we never sell it or use it for advertising.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your email address, company details, jobs, customer names and contact details, and device push notification token.
We do not collect analytics or tracking data.
HOW IT'S STORED
All data is stored in Supabase (EU-hosted) with row-level security — only you can access your own data.
All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
YOUR RIGHTS (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time.
Contact us at privacy@tileiq.app to exercise these rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Supabase (database), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Firebase (push notifications), RevenueCat (subscriptions).

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TileIQ Pro. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
TileIQ Pro is operated by Kevin Woodley, trading as TileIQ Pro, United Kingdom.
1. WHO CAN USE THIS APP
TileIQ Pro is intended for professional tiling contractors and related trades operating in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the app for business purposes only.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
TileIQ Pro offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription at £19.99/month or £149.99/year (inc. VAT).
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled via Google Play.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
3. YOUR DATA
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into TileIQ Pro including jobs, customers, quotes and invoices.
We act as a data processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of customer data complies with UK GDPR.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse TileIQ Pro, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape data, or use the service
for any unlawful purpose. One account per user. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
5. AI FEATURES
AI-generated content (quotes, summaries, suggestions) is provided as assistance only.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before sending it to customers.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TileIQ Pro is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all liability for
loss of data, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or by email.
Continued use of TileIQ Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Creating your account

Download TileIQ Pro from Google Play. A free account gives you access straight away.

Create your account with name, email and password. Verify via the email link.
3
Add company details in Settings → Profile. These appear on every quote.
4
Set your labour rate in Settings → Pricing before creating your first quote.
02 — YOUR FIRST JOB
Adding a job & customer

Tap + New Job from the dashboard or home screen.

Enter customer details — name, phone, email and address. Tap 📍 for GPS address.

Set the status — Enquiry, Surveyed, Quoted, Accepted, In Progress or Complete.

Tap Next to save and start adding rooms.

Choose floor, wall or both. Enter dimensions in metres.

Select tile type and size. Labour multiplier adjusts automatically.

Tick prep options — cement board, levelling, tanking, membrane etc.

Add deductions for doors, baths or custom areas.
