TileIQ Pro is a professional job management app for UK tiling contractors. Your data belongs to you — we never sell it or use it for advertising.
What We Collect
Your email address, company details, jobs, customer names and contact details, and device push notification token. We do not collect analytics or tracking data.
How It's Stored
All data is stored in Supabase (EU-hosted) with row-level security — only you can access your own data. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@tileiq.com to exercise these rights.
Third-Party Services
Supabase (database), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Firebase (push notifications), RevenueCat (subscriptions). Accounting integrations (FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Xero) are optional and only activated by you.
Google Calendar (optional): if you choose to connect your Google Calendar, TileIQ Pro creates and updates calendar events for the jobs you schedule in the app, and displays your other existing Google Calendar events read-only alongside your jobs so you can see your full schedule in one place while planning work. We do not modify, delete or share any event we did not create ourselves. Calendar event data is exchanged directly between your device and Google's own servers — it is never sent to, or stored on, our own backend. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the app, which revokes our access.
Google User Data & AI Features
TileIQ Pro uses third-party AI services (Anthropic's Claude models, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis) for features such as the AI phone receptionist and generated call greetings. These AI features are entirely separate from Google Calendar: no data obtained through Google APIs (including calendar events, titles, times or attendees) is ever transferred to, processed by, or used to train any AI/ML model, by us or by any third party.
We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party for advertising, or use it to train generalised AI/ML models. The use of any data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
